Why is aerohydro blasting better than typical sandblasting?

There are several reasons, but it is important to emphasize that hydro blasting uses Venturi principles, thanks to which it's easy to achieve a mix of water and abrasive with a common pressure washer.



This isn't usual hydro blasting!
The limits of hydro blasting are indisputable;

the reverse pressure system 
doesn't yield satisfying results both in terms
of quality and speed due to the fact that the Venturi principle prohibits the mixing of the abrasive.
The pressure system::
guarantees a cutting-edge work system that produces results, thanks to its power and continuous abrasive flow.
A large amount of water is consumed, 
which has weighing effects on the environment;
Independent flow controls:
allow for independent control of the three
componentsair – water – abrasive, 
but above all, it guarantees that contact with water occurs before release, reducing water consumption and achieving a perfectly balanced mix.

 
The following is a summary of its defining characteristics:

  • gradual and constant reduction of the quantity of dust, until it is completely eliminated.
  • reduction of compressed air consumption (up to 25%) proportional to the increase of water added to the air-abrasive mixture.

 

 

 

Additionally, the system offers:

  • Automatic stop of water flow when blaster is turned off
  • Operator can adjust level of water flow according to task
  • Constant water flow (2.5 L/min) up to a distance of 80 m
