Abrasive recovery and automatic dust separation sandblaster line
The Pressure Blaster line is a range of pressurised sandblasters, based on the same sandblasting unit.
The sandblasting unit is equipped with various suction systems, modulated for every use requirements which, in addition to ensuring the absolute absence of dust dispersed in the environment, enables complete recovery and recycling of the abrasive used duly separated from the waste dust.
BASE, MAX, INFINITY, 3 VERSIONS FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS
All versions of the Pressure Blaster sandblasting system are based on the same sandblasting system that can be simplified in 3 basic components:
SANDBLASTING UNIT
Common to all versions of the Pressure Blaster range ( Base, Max, Infinity ), it is fitted with a 24 L pressure tank, with remote control located on the handle.
GUN BODY
The sandblasting / shot-blasting process that enables operation in the absolute absence of dust takes place via a gun body casting with a front brush. The system uses a handle with a front brush which, working in contact with the surface to be treated, eliminates dust dispersion in the environment allowing to fully recover and recycle the abrasive used, separating it from the generated dust.
In the photo, the gun body is fitted with the optional "Double handle control handlebar". This handlebar provides great practicality while making it easier to use the sandblaster even on vertical surfaces.
SUCTION UNIT
The single-phase suction unit paired with the sandblasting unit ensures the recovery of the abrasive used and of the dust generated during removal.
The presence of a specific cyclone on the upper part of the sandblasting unit allows the recycling of the abrasive used and to collect the waste material inside the collector drum.
The separation between the dust and the abrasive allows for improved sandblasting quality and a longer life cycle of the abrasive and several advantages:
Lower maintenance costs of the parts subject to wear
Greater sandblasting speed
Greater safety for the operator

BASE, MAX, INFINITY, 3 versions for different needs
It is the entry level model of the Pressure Blaster range and, thanks to our traditional research and development of the best technologies, this series has also been enhanced by an innovative semi-automatic filter cartridge cleaning system.
The sandblasting unit is equipped with a single-phase motor characterised by a cartridge filter with a conical base.
Thanks to an innovative cartridge shaking system, a vibration action is performed, thanks to which the dust accumulated on the filter surface is unloaded into the specific container.
The recovery sandblaster Pressure Blaster MAX, representsthe continuous search for quality in the field of recovery sandblasting. Of crucial importance: the presence of the suction system with new self-cleaning filter technology.
The sandblasting unit is equipped with a single-phase suction motor characterised by three cartridge filters.
Thanks to an innovative cyclic cleaning system located inside the extractor, filter cartridge counter-blowing is performed and they are thus thoroughly cleaned.
The sandblasting system uses a handle with a front brush that enables to recover and recycle the abrasive used and to consequently separate from the dust generated by surface removal.
The presence of a specific cyclone on the upper part of the sandblasting unit allows the recycling of the abrasive used and to collect the waste material inside the collector drum.
The recovery sandblaster Pressure Blaster Infinity stands out from the rest of the range thanks to its high suction capacity and remarkable versatility.
This series is characterised by the power of theLM300 single-phase industrial extractor paired with the Pressure Blaster sandblasting unit and that ensures recovery sandblasting on any surface.
An innovative automatic cleaning system, located inside the extractor, allows a vibrating action on the filter cartridges which are thus cyclically thoroughly cleaned.
Thanks to a special cyclone placed on the upper part of the sandblaster, the used abrasive is recycled effectively, while theLM300 single-phase industrial extractor ensuresthe waste material is sent inside a wheeled container to facilitate disposal.
The sandblaster Pressure Blaster Infinity can be fitted with a pneumatic mixer (optional) to dose the abrasive, assisted by a vibrator that also enables the use of very fine particle sizes.
Using the suitableabrasive for sandblasting is crucial to make the most of the potential of each sandblaster and even more when using a recovery sandblaster such as Pressure Blaster.
First of all, using the correct abrasive improves the efficiency of the sandblaster, speeding up processing times by even 60/70%; furthermore, as it is recovered entirely and separated from the dust, a good abrasive, albeit in some cases with a slightly higher cost, enables significant savings compared to a poor quality or unsuitable abrasive (even if initially cheaper) due to its efficiency.
Last but not least, an unsuitable abrasive on any sandblaster may cause malfunctions or even damage to the sandblasting system.
The following summary table is designed to help you find the abrasive most suitable based on the operating pressure.
