The “VP Finimac” series includes machines that shoot the abrasive through a system called “pressure”. This series includes two standard models with two different operating area dimensions. All the models are fitted with a cyclone for the recycling and the continuous generation of the abrasive. The cyclone is a double-adjustment cyclone which allows for the use of a wide range of abrasives and blast shots with an effective dust separation. All the machine parts are epoxy painted, very resistant to wear. Furthermore the inside of the cabin and the inside of the cyclone are covered with sheets of special anti-abrasion rubber. The technical and construction features of these machines assure a product with the following features

They can operate with any type and size of abrasives such as:

• Glass microspheres
• Corundum and sand
• Plastic blast shots
• Vegetable blast shots
• Metallic abrasives

Pressure machines shoot the abrasive through a special gun that, through a hose with effective abrasion levels, is connected to a tank containing the abrasive. When the tank is put under pressure the abrasive is pushed through the hose up to the gun, it is then pushed out generating a powerful jet with high operating capacity (about 4-5 bigger then a depression machine). The gun is easy to handle, hence the jet can be easily positioned onto the piece to treat. The result is a fast and efficient treatment which depends on various factors such as: :

• the pressure of compressed air
• The diameter of the nozzle and its shape

• The treatment time per unit of surface

Basically it is possible to obtain the following surface treatments: cleaning from contaminants:

• cleaning from contaminants
• deburring
• hardening shot-peening
• de-oxidation
• aesthetical glazing
• paint removal
• preparation of surfaces for the anchoring of metals, paints, rubber, etc .

The machines of this series mainly include:

• treatment cabins
• Double-adjustment cyclone for the continuous recycling and regeneration of the abrasive with elimination of the machining scrap
• Tank for the abrasive able to work under pressure
• Filtering device (cartridge filter), large with automatic cleaning cycle through compressed air jets
