The “V Finimac” series includes machines that shoot the abrasive through a system called “depression” or “suction”.
This series includes two standard models with two different operating area dimensions. All the models are fitted with a cyclone for the recycling and the continuous generation of the abrasive. Our sandblasting/shot-peening machines are built with the best technology and the best components and materials to assure a product with the following features:
-
Top quality
-
durable
-
great versatility
They can operate with any type and size of abrasives such as:
-
Glass microspheres
-
Corundum and sand
- Plastic blast shots
- Vegetable blast shots
- Metallic abrasives
The “depression” or “suction” machines shoot the abrasive through a special gun with two separate hoses. One hose, controlled through foot pedal, is fed with compressed air and through an appropriately shaped injector, shoots the air through the gun. The other hose is connected to the abrasive stocking tank. The jet of compressed air creates a depression inside the gun which sucks in the abrasive through the hose connected to the tank. After the abrasive reaches the gun, it is shot through the tungsten carbide nozzle, generating the operating jet. The gun is easy to handle, hence the jet can be easily positioned onto the piece to treat.
The result obtained depends on various factors such as:
- the pressure of compressed air
- The type of abrasive
- The treatment time per unit of surface
Basically it is possible to obtain the following surface treatments:
- cleaning from contaminants
- deburring
- hardening shot-peening
- de-oxidation
- aesthetical glazing
- paint removal
- preparation of surfaces for the anchoring of metals, paints, rubber, etc
The machines of this series mainly include:
- treatment cabins
- Double-adjustment cyclone for the continuous recycling and regeneration of the abrasive with elimination of the machining scrap
- Tank for the abrasive able to work under pressure
- Filtering device (cartridge filter), large with automatic cleaning cycle through compressed air jets
